                               RESOLUTION NO. 19299
                   
                   
                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ADMINISTRATOR 
                   OF THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS TO ENTER 
                   INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH CONSOLIDATED 
                   TECHNOLOGIES, INC., RELATIVE TO UPDATING THE 
                   OPERATIONAL PLAN OF THE SUMMITT LANDFILL, 
                   PHASE I, AND OBTAINING A PERMIT MODIFICATION 
                   TO ALLOW MAXIMUM UTILIZATION OF THE PERMIT 
                   SITE, IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED TWO HUNDRED 
                   TWENTY THOUSAND AND NO/100 DOLLARS 
                   ($220,000.00).
                   
                   
                                                     
                   
                   
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Administrator of the Department 
       of Public Works be and is hereby authorized to enter into an 
       Agreement with Consolidated Technologies, Inc., relative to 
       updating the operational plan of the Summitt Landfill, Phase I, 
       and obtaining a permit modification to allow maximum utilization 
       of the permit site, in an amount not to exceed $220,000.00.
